Now a days a lot of small companies advertise in naukri, times job and in many other forums regarding the opening in their company, but if you go for interview they might say that you have to pay for training. But this is some kind of business trick that small companies play. They call you for interview get money from you as training fees, use that money for paying their company's employee and thus maintaining their their company until the market is up and running. But once you complete the training in their company they will say "your performance is not upto our expectations" and sent you with just a useless training completion certificate. Even some of the MNC companies like (company name sounds similar to CMC) which is a subsidiary of TA(bye-bye) has started to run such scams. And a lot of youngsters are becoming victims of these bullshits day by day. Career in software now is a total taboo, because you may not get a job unless you have some good reference from big shots.
