I hate Cricket because....

It was 6th standard, and till then i too was playing one-pitch cricket with friends and love to play cricket. But after 6th standard, naama yen through catch velada koodathunu oru kelvi manasula (why shouldn't i play the actual cricket ? was the question striking in my mind). But the small guys lived near my place told me, "we are grown up now, so its time for us to play in ground, than simply playing 1-pitch catch game within compound of our house". In those time while i was small i used to see big boys playing in play grounds, how can i play there? i was thinking. So all the small boys including me formed a team and went to ground. (Manasula Sachina nanachikittu groundla kaala yeduthu vechi velada aaramichom, summa avloo jollyaa irundhuthu). Everyone one in my team was very happy and joyfuly playing there and since it was my annual leave of 6th standard, playing in ground became a regular habit of that week. But next week when i started to ground, i heard a voice saying ("Dai yenga kelambitta ?") where are you going?, it was my dad asking me. Since that day was Sunday, he was at home. (Naanum perumayaa, groundukku poyee cricket vellada porennu sonnen) I told him that i was going to play cricket.
My dad advised me not to play in ground and the reason he gave me was i could become a bad boy if i join with slum guys. He asked me to play in school or play in computer. But my school ground was so small and P.T.E period they will only teach exercise and drill. Annilaa irundhu appaaku theriyama groundukku poi velada aramichen. But the ground is on the way to my home and when my dad comes from office, he has to cross the ground and come. So when i see my dad's bike far away, i used to run to my home like a criminal escaping from police. Ithula koduma yennanaa, i used to run home from ground and immediatly change a new dress, cause thinking that he would have seen my dress color so to escape from his doubt i used to do this. But still my dad cought me 3 or 4 times, had got whippings too. Appidi oru dad's imsainalaye naan groundukku pogaratha vittuten also i left playing cricket. This incident slowly created a hatred towards cricket. And now i don't even know anything about the players of any country. I don't even know about Indian team players, and match schedules. This is why i dont follow cricket and cricket news :(

War between India and Pakistan is unnecessary

From the day India got its Independence from the British rule the fight for separation of the country had been a serious problem. Although a partition was made this problem still continues till now which is a shame on both the side also a shame for the world countries. Already a few years back there was a war to conquer the border places of India which lead to loss of so many lives. Now the terrorist attack on Mumbai, is again serves as a token for making war. Several terrorist communities of Pakistan had sent in many trained terrorist to parts of India, some of them are caught and many still hiding among people waiting for the right time to strike. This is the case today and as far as people are concerned in both the countries, both set of people likes peace and unity, but some social evil forces spreads wrong thoughts in people's mind making them a puppet in the hands of evil forces. But is a war necessary to solve this problem? absolutly not, the co-operation in the only need to bring a solution without war. India had been really working hard to make peace, but Pakistan government which supports Terrorist organizations against India and this had taken away lives of several Indians. If this gonna countinue in the future no one can stop the war between India and Pakistan. Both the countries are equally strong because India and Pakistan is the seperated parts of a single country and fight between both will lead to heavy loss on both sides without any permanent solution to the problem. Only peace talks and co-operation could really help out in this problem.

I was so amazed to find out last evening that my blog was on news, yes, this may appear like a little show off. But seriously it was a really famous and high PR website that published this new (Mid-day.com). The previous post i wrote about A.R.Rahman's slumdog Millionaire which was quoted and i was mentioned as "fan" in their article. Woww can there be anything more for a A.R fan,. And here is the link of the article that was published

They had my words in quotes, they nearly posted a paragraph about my view on Rahman's music on Slumdog Millionaire, and they even linked back my blog link twice on thier page. A.R Rahman's Slumdog Millionaire is a master piece

Slumdog Millionaire is a English movie that was shot in India by a Hollywood director Danny Boyle but this post is not about the movie, but about the sound tracks of the movie. A.R.Rahman had done the music part, starting from the title song "O saya" till the climax song "Jai Ho" every bit of music in the movie is really a master piece. "O saya" leads the track list which is loved by many because of Rahman's amazing voice and extra-ordinary effects, mix and the whole composition. The next song that rocks more, almost equal to "O saya" song is the "Paper Plane" song. "Paper Plan" is pleasant song, and gives a happy and peaceful feeling while hearing the song. The lyrics of the "Paper plan" song also rocks along with its music, and the Gun effect added to this song is amazingly wonderful. The next rocking song in this list is "Gangsta Blues", the song is of Hip hop/Alternative Genre which is extremely stylish and so peppy. This song proves Rahman's world class music composing talent. The other track that has to be mentioned is "Latika's Theme", this theme music with a hum is actually soul music that rules the heart. Totally the Slumdog millionaire tracks is a master piece in the rack of world music.

This is a good song, and i didn't post for any other reason

This song is one of my favorite song from BSB, and posting this song is just for fun and it does not imply any other thing :P

Who are you now?
Are you still the same
Or did you change somehow?
What do you do?
At this very moment
When I think of you
And when I'm looking back
How we were young and stupid
Do you remember that?

No matter how I fight it, can't deny it
Just can't let you go

Chorus:
I still need you
I still care about you
Though everything's been said and done
I still feel you like I'm right beside you
But still no word from you

Now look at me huh
Instead of moving on
I refuse to see
That I keep coming back
Yeah, I'm stuck in a moment
That wasn't meant to last (to last)

I've tried to fight it, can't deny it
You don't even know that

Chorus:
I still need you
I still care about you
Though everything's been said and done
I still feel you like I'm right beside you
But still no word from you

No, no

Bridge:
I wish I could find you
Just like you found me, then I
Would never let you go (oh oh oh)

(I still need you)
Though everything's been said and done (yeah)
I still feel you (I still feel you)
Like I'm right beside you (like I'm right there beside you)

But still no word from you

Seven Pounds of Will Smith was really touching

I had watched several Will Smith movies before, I Robot, Men in black, I am Legend, but i started to be inspired by his I am Legend movie only, the movie was great one, and Will Smith's acting was damn great. Now in that series here comes "Seven Pounds" another great movie, but i don't know how many will actually like this movie. As i started to watch this movie, in the beginning i thought it could be a Psycho movie. But i was wrong like always :P , Will Smith acts as a character named Tim(Ben Thomas) who would be so unpredictable with his behaviour in the beginning. Helping some people who are really suffering, and finally the climax is a ultimate turning point. My advice is that it is a "must watch" movie, so dont miss this.

New year's eve went great and i was so crazy

It was Dec 31st and the last day of the year 2008, and the day was much usual as i went to college that day. But after coming back home really felt very much excited about the new year. I first was thinking about some new year resolutions, in which 1st stood, that i should not wish a particular person this new year and thought of getting rid of the past. And then i really don't know what else should i be changing from the new year. It was evening and i had "Yes Man" movie, just 31st morning i completed downloading that movie. After watching the movie i got really excited and my next new year resolution was to say "yes" to every opportunity. But this resolution was contradictory to the previous one, so i decided to wish my Ex, and sent a mail. Really the "Yes Man" movie made me very excited and it was the reason for "wishing my Ex" decision, which then i realized to be a total blunder.
Now coming to the positive part, i took my dad's bike to the bus stop and i was awaiting for a friend who actually promised to visit my home on New year's eve. There were several thoughts running in my mind and "yes" philosophy was completely covering all my thoughts, i was telling "yes" to everything that evening, and decided to follow the same for the new year. It was 7.30Pm and my close friend MuthuPandy arrived to the bus stop. I drove him to a long distance and was wishing everyone in the highway "Happy new year". I was so crazy, actually i never did that before, wishing people in the road. But the feeling was so gooood, and i felt more positive and really happy. I was riding the bike so rash and shouting happy new year to everyone i saw, the only exception on that night was a Beer Bottle,. lol,. just kidding. Then i came back home and i was writing email wishes to my college staffs, and conveyed my wishes to my friends through Gtalk. It was really a kick in the head,. damn cool start......, :)
